Ingredients
2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
Apple slices to fit bread, cheese of choice (I like white cheddar)
Butter

Instructions
1. Lay buttered side of 1 pc of bread on griddle
2. Top w/ cheese & apple slices, then 2nd pc of bread, buttered side up
3. Grill til browned as desired, flip & brown 2nd side. Cover w/baking pan (like a 9x13), turn heat off, let set a couple of minutes to insure cheese melts. Serve!
