2 bricks of cream cheese
1 jar salad olives (green olives with pimento)
½ medium onion finely chopped
Celery stalks, cut into 2 or 3 log shaped pieces each

Let cream cheese get a little soft, place in a mixing bowl. With a food chopper, finely chop the olives and add to the bowl. Add the finely chopped onion to the bowl. Mix all ingredients together adding olive juice from the jar as needed until it is the consistency of a soft cheese spread.
Spread the cheese mixture on the celery and serve.
