Garden Bruschetta

This tasty and easy appetizer is so flavorful and brings out the freshness in any garden. Homegrown tomatoes and basil make this dish!




fresh garden tomatoes fresh basil ½ cup balsamic vinegar ¼ cup olive oil maple syrup to be drizzled 2 teaspoon pepper french baguette dried herbs: basil, oregano, dill, garlic salt, tarragon, pepper flakes, etc.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Then make crostinis: slice a french baguette and place each slice on a baking sheet. Spread herbed olive oil on each slice and sprinkle shredded parmesan on each slice. Bake at 400° until toasted. Top with bruschetta mixture.
