Fried Cheese Balls

These cheese balls are great when using virtually any grated cheese. We most often use cheddar, American, and mozzarella. Multiple batches are quick and easy.


1 Cup Grated/Shredded Cheese 1 Teaspoon Flour ¼ Teaspoon Salt Dash of Pepper 1 Egg White, Stiffly Beaten

Mix Cheese, Flour, Salt, and Pepper; Fold into beaten Egg White. Form into balls, slightly smaller than golf ball size. Fry in hot, deep oil (375 Deg. F) until golden brown. Makes approximately 12 Cheese Balls
