Fresh Salsa

This fresh salsa brings out the flavors of summer. It is a healthy addition to any picnic or BBQ.


2 - 3 cups


2 jalapeño peppers 1 small yellow onion ½ bunch fresh cilantro 1 tomatillo 10 fresh Roma tomatoes 1 clove garlic Salt to taste

1.Chop jalapeño peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro and tomatillo in food processor. 2.Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Add tomatoes to food processor and quickly chop so salsa remains chunky. 3.Pour into bowl, sprinkle with salt if desired, and refrigerate for an hour. 4.Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
