A fresh springtime salad with a light lemony dressing


1lb fresh Brussel Sprouts, trimmed of stems and wilted leaves 3 green onions, trimmed Vinaigrette: ¼ cup live oil Juice from 1 lemon, or 3 tablespoon, bottled lemon juice 1Tbsp white wine vinegar ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½each dried basil, oregano, thyme 1 teaspoon dried parsley Optional, ¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes To finish: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
