Fiesta Cheese Spread

Garnish if desired with green onion curls and pecan halves. Serve with assorted crackers and raw vegetables.


2 8oz. packages cream cheese 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 3 green onions 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans

Combine cream cheese and the next 7 ingredients in a Cuisinart food processor, and pulse 3 times, stopping to scrape down sides. Scrape into a bowl, stir in pecans, and chill 2 hours.
