sweet pistachio bars are great anytime
Ingredients
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon clove powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2½ cups flour
2 large eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1½ cups chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
preheat oven to 375°
use a silicone mat or lightly grease a cookie sheet
combine and mix the dry
combine and mix the wet
add the dry to wet slowly
if needed add a small amount of water
divided into 4 equal parts
roll each into 9" long tubes, about
1½" diameter
bake only 2 at a time as they spread
bake for 25 minutes
let cool
cut into ¾" diagonal slices
