Easy slow cooker recipe for buffalo chicken dip that is great for a tailgate or potluck. Reheats well, but some of my friends are happy to eat it cold too.

Put softened cream cheese, Ranch, and majority of cheddar cheese into slow cooker and stir together. Add the cooked chicken and stir until mixture is evenly combined. Add sriracha if you would like. Put the additional cheddar cheese on top of the dip and cook on low for an hour. Cut up toast french bread into slivers if you'd like or serve with tortilla chips and celery. To cook chicken: Put chicken breasts with bones on a pan covered with foil in the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cut meat to make sure it is cooked through (should be white) and let cool. Remove meat from bones. Good alternative: use a rotisserie chicken (canned chicken will not taste as good)
