Easy Cheesy Baguette Slices

Fresh Baguette ⅓ cup Olive Oil 1 Clove Garlic 1 package Sun-Dried Tomatoes Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese OR Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced Fresh Basil or Parsley, finely chopped, about 2 tablespoon.

Finely chop or press garlic and add to olive oil. Slice baguette into circular slices, approx. ¼" thick. Arrange in rows on baking sheet. Brush oil onto bread slices and broil on low until lightly browned. Chop sun-dried tomatoes into little pieces and arrange on top of bread slices. Top with cheese and finish with sprinkling of basil or parsley. Broil again on low until cheese bubbles.
