1 (8 oz) package of reduced fat cream cheese
1 can of black beans
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of white pepper
¼; teaspoon of cumin

1. Drain and rinse black beans.
2. Place reduced fat cream cheese, black beans, salt, pepper, cumin, the juice and zest of one lime in a Cuisinart food processor. Blend until smooth.
3. Place dip in a bowl and mix in ¼ cup of finely chopped yellow and orange peppers.
4. Top dip with chopped cilantro for garnish.
