Fresh Shrimp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh Lemon Juice Fresh Garlic Your favorite fresh herbs (hopefully from your garden) Fresh ground pepper

Devein and shell shrimp, rinse and dry thoroughly. Lightly coat with EVOO, add lemon juice (for extra kick, zest before juicing and add to dish), mince garlic (you decide how much) and add your favorite mix of herbs freshly chopped. Stir to coat or toss lightly. I either skewer or toss in a grill basket and toss and turn to grill on a med/low prepped grill. They cook quickly and when pink and curled they are done! Enjoy!
