Spicy southern treat with a bit of a kick at the end! With whole wheat flour and turkey bacon, it doesn't turn out to be that bad for you
12 fresh Jalapeno peppers
1 container of Philadelphia fat free cream cheese
1 pound of turkey bacon
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon. salt
1 tablespoon. virgin olive oil
⅔ cup warm water
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Preheat oven to 375°
Slice each pepper into 2 peaces, divided long ways, remove the seeds from inside the pepper.
Place ¾ teaspoon of cream cheese in each slice.
Cut each strip of bacon into halves and then proceed to wrap each individual stuffed pepper.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375° until bacon it slightly crisp.
While peppers are in the oven mix the rest of the ingredients to make the batter.
After bacon is crisp add to batter and cover the wraps.
Then deep fry until golden brown
Enjoy with a glass of cold water!
