1 chicken breast or any chicken really cooked
1 T slivered almonds- toast them if you feel fancy
2 T mayonnaise-light is fine
2 green onions- chop fine the white part, a little of the green
Golden raisins- small handful
Spices- salt, pepper, garam masala to taste
½ teaspoon curry powder
1. Chop up green onion
2. Cut up Chicken Breast
3. Mix all ingredients
4. Adjust ingredients to taste!
5. Put on bread, salad, eat it straight!
