A delicious dip to serve with chips.
1 pound tomatillos, roughly cut
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno, cut in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped cilantro
½ cup sour cream
Salt and black pepper

Place tomatillos, onion, garlic and jalapeno on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and place under broiler. Broil 12 minutes until vegetables are lightly charred. Place vegetables in a food processor with cilantro. Squeeze lime over vegetables and process until smooth. Remove to a bowl and fold in sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
