Fresh flavors make this a great dip, sauce, topping, or side dish


2 cups


  • 1 small garlic clove 
  • 3 ripe avocados, about 3 cups pulp 
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. Insert metal blade in food processor. With machine on, drop garlic clove through feed tube to chop. 
  2. Scrape work bowl and add the avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pulse 15 times to achieve a chunky guacamole or if creamy is desired process until ingredients are well blended. 
  3. Serve with chips.
