Very simple ingredients but taste is very rich and crispy.
1 Cabbage (2lb)
1 cup Whole corn
½ lb Onion (minced)
2 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Panko
2 cup Water
2 Chicken Flavored Bouillon cubes
½ cup Milk
4oz. Cream Cheese

1.Cut cabbage into four. Take the core of cabbage out. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 8 minutes in a microwave.
2.Make sauce. Sauté onion, bacon and corn in a saucepan. Add water, chicken flavored bouillon cubes and bring it boil.
3.Reduce heat. Add milk and cream cheese. Simmer until it thickens (about 10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper
4.Place cooked cabbage on the plate/casserole. Pour sauce over cabbage, sprinkle panko and place butter. Bake at 390°F for 10 minutes or until panko turns brown.
