Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

A delicious start to a dinner. Goes great with anything!




1 pound whole mushrooms 1 16 oz Cream cheese at room temp. 2 Tbsp chives 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, chopped finely 1½ teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Set oven to broil. Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms. In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients but bacon and mix together. Fill mushroom tops with cheese mixture. Add crumbled bacon to top of mushrooms. Broil on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray for 10-12 minutes. Or until tops of mushroom brown lightly.
