Crab Rangoon

Tasty Asian inspired appetizer with crab and won tons.




¼ cup chopped green onions ½ teaspoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire 1 pkg imitation crab legs (squeeze water out) (cut in 1 inch sections) Optional (Chinese hot sauce, 1 tablespoon) Wonton Wrappers

In food processor add all ingredients process until creamy consistency. Preheat oil in pan or Fryer to 375-400 deg, at least 2 inches deep. Take approx 1 teaspoon, possibly less of the mix. Put in center of Wonton wrapper; moisten edges of wrapper with water. Don't match up the corners, but match up the middle of the sides, ⅓ & 2/4 then gently press, all four points should be up. Fry 2 to 4 minutes, lightly golden. Make sure not to submerge completely, submerge in oil just up to the point where you pressed the wrapper together, then when almost complete submerge completely for 30 seconds. I have a fry daddy and I fill the basket with them neatly pressed up against each other to keep the 4 points facing up. Set on paper towel to drain. Use spicy mustard and sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
