Cold Strawberry Soup

This recipe reminds me of my mom because she made it so often and she adores strawberries.




2 cartons of fresh strawberries 1 32 oz vanilla yogurt Whipped heavy cream, if desired for topping.

Wash strawberries and put into food processor and process until liquid. Add in the vanilla yogurt, mix only long enough to incorporate the yogurt with the strawberries. Put mixture into the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours. When serving, put each portion in a bowl and top with a few sliced strawberries and whipped heavy cream, if desired.
