Coconut Chicken

Coat the baking pan with a thin layer of butter.(Save some butter for final preparation) Then dip the chicken chunks in the flour, egg, then coconut. Place in baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake for 1/2 hour until golden brown.

1 pkg. of boneless chicken breast 1 pkg. of shredded coconut 2 eggs 1 cup of flour 1 stick of butter
