1 tomato finely diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 Lg. ripe Hass avocados, cut into 1/2-inch diced pieces

In medium bowl, toss the tomato, onion cilantro, lime juice red pepper flakes & about 1 tsp of salt. Let stand 5 minutes or longer.
Right before serving, add the avocado and gently mash into the tomato mixture with a fork. The mixture should be thick/chunky; not too runny. Serve immediately.
