Chunky Guacamole


Makes 2-3 cups


1 tomato finely diced (about 1 cup) ½ small red onion, finely diced ⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice ½ teaspoon. crushed red pepper flakes 2 Lg. ripe Hass avocados, cut into ½-inch diced pieces Salt

In medium bowl, toss the tomato, onion cilantro, lime juice red pepper flakes & about 1 teaspoon of salt. Let stand 5 minutes or longer. Right before serving, add the avocado and gently mash into the tomato mixture with a fork. The mixture should be thick/chunky; not too runny. Serve immediately.
