Instructions

Warm your flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds. Fry you chorizo(spanish sausage)and let it cool. Cut the jalapeño peppers into small squares. Inside each tortilla put a piece of cheese, a spoon full of chorizo and desired jalapeño. Fold as if it was a cloth diaper and secure with a toothpick. Fry in hot oil for a few minutes until you see it starts to change color. Let it cool and eat it with some hot sauce. Provecho!!!!
