Chili Chicken

Spicy chicken appetizer! This could also be used on a salad or just serve as the meat with a meal (adjust serving size accordingly).




1 to 3 Tbsp Chili Garlic Paste (Sambal Oelek) 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Tbsp Oregano 2 teaspoon Cumin, ground 2 teaspoon Stevia, Splenda or Sugar 1 lb chicken breast tenders (raw) cut into bite sized pieces 1 teaspoon Salt

3 Tbsp of chili garlic paste will make this very spicy! If you don't want it as spicy use less :) Combine first 5 ingredients in a zip lock back and mix. Sprinkle chicken with salt and add to bag. Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. After the chicken has marinated remove from bag and grill or broil until chicken is cooked. If you grill it put the chicken on kabob skewers. If you broil it use the broiler pan that came with your oven. You can also cook it on a indoor electric grill.
