1 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 5 ounces of soy sauce 1 pound of chicken wings

1. Whisk the brown sugar, garlic powder and ginger to blend. 2. Add the soy sauce and then place in airtight container and marinate overnight. 2. Pour on to a large baking pan and bake 45-60 minutes in 350-degree oven until deep brown.
