Wonderful dip for pool party, fire side get togethers.
1 Cup Chopped roasted chicken
½ Cup Roasted Peppers
1½ cup Shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Cup Chipotle Salsa
5 slices of cooked bacon

Using chopping blade in your Cuisinart chop the roasted chicken (move to bowl). Coarsely shop the scallion and roasted peppers using the chopping blade, move to bowl with the chicken. Coarsely chop cooked bacon and add to the bowl with the chicken, pepper/scallion mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a oven-proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling.
