Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 package frozen spinach ½ can artichoke hearts cut into ½ inch pieces 1 brick of cream cheese (low fat will taste the same!) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup sour cream ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese dash of salt dash of pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder dash of red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon of onion powder tortilla chips or a french baguette cut into ⅛ slices (for dipping)

Boil and drain the spinach to the package directions in a medium to large saucepan. Mix in chopped artichoke hearts and cream cheese on low to medium heat. Stir until cream cheese is smooth and mixes with the spinach. Add remaining ingredients (not chips or baguette slices) and continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed and all cheeses are melted. Transfer dip to a medium baking dish and heat at 350 degrees until dip begins to bubble. For extra cheesy goodness, top with your favorite shredded cheese before warming in the oven! This recipe can be customized to fit your taste buds! Try adding more or less spices, topping with fresh cut tomatoes, or omitting the artichoke hearts!
