• 2½ 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 jar Armour Dried Beef
• 1 bushel green onions
• 1 can diced Rotel Green Chiles
• 2 cups finely chopped pecan bits

1. In a bowl add cream cheese. Drain Rotel chilies in since. Squeeze juice completely out and add the tomatoes and Chile’s to cream cheese. Chop dried beef finely in mini chopper, add to cream cheese. With a knife, finely chop only green of onions (chives) and add to cream cheese. Spread pecans on a large foil paper. Mix all ingredients with hands (preferably with gloves) until all ingredients are completely blended in with cream cheese. Form into a ball and roll onto pecans to cover ball completely. Chill then serve with butter crackers.
