2 (8 oz.) ⅓ less fat Cream Cheese
¼ - ½ small can crushed pineapple
½ pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dry dressing mix
1-2 cup pecan pieces
1-2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Mix up everything except, half of the pecans & half of the cheddar cheese. Form a ball and then roll in pecans and cheddar cheese. Wrap in alum. foil and Refrigerate. Serve with Ritz crackers. The cheese ball tastes best if made a day or two beforehand. I like my to be refrigerated 1-2 nights.
