A quick and easy, delicious treat for parties or just for snacking.
Olive Oil spray
2 lbs. raw, peeled shrimp
½ cup butter
½ onion, sliced thin
⅛ cup chopped green onions (opt.)
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. SeasonAll seasoned salt
6 drops of Tabasco sauce

Takes about 15-20 minutes to make.
Rinse and drain peeled shrimp.Season raw shrimp with SeasonAll and Tabasco. Marinate for 5 minutes. Spray a grill pan or saucepan, generously with the Olive Oil. Add the butter and heat pan on medium until butter is melted. Add sliced onions, green onions, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Cut lemon in half and deseed, and squeeze in lemon juice. Saute' and stir; add shrimp and grilling for about 10 minutes or until liquid reduces and shrimp start to slightly crust. Add more chopped green onion on top, if desired. Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or on melba toast.
