1 - 8 oz. package crescent rolls or seamless crescent roll sheet
½ lb. wedge of brie cheese. Rind removed. Cut into 24 cubes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 24 piece mini muffin pan with butter flavor cooking spray.
If using the crescent rolls pinch the seams together. Cut dough into 24 squares. Place the squares into the muffin cups pushing and spreading a bit to get the most coverage. Poke the bottoms with a fork a few times. Bake for about 9 minutes until light golden brown. Put one cube of cheese in each one, pressing slightly. Bake again for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and dough is a little more browned. While still hot place a dollop of your favorite flavor fruit preserves on each one.
