Challah or other thick slice bread
Olive oil or softened butter
Double smoked ham
1. Put peach preserves on one side of each piece of bread
2. On one side (on top of peach preserves) put Swiss cheese and the other slices of Brie
3. Add the ham in the middle, close sandwich and brush outsides of bread with oil or butter
4.griddle sandwich until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
5.let sit for one minute before enjoying
