Boursin Cheese

An easy to make appetizer that really makes a statement at parties.


Serves a large crowd


8 oz. Butter, softened (Must be Real butter--2 sticks) 1 lb. Cream cheese (Two boxes--can also use light cream cheese) 2 cloves garlic minced ½ teaspoon. oregano ¼ teaspoon. basil ¼ teaspoon. dill seed ¼ teaspoon. marjoram ¼ teaspoon. thyme

Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Goes really well with plain crackers such as Carr’s Table Water Crackers.
