Tangy dip great with tortilla chips or Mexican fry bread.
1 small can black beans drained & rinsed
1-3 Tbsp sour cream
Cumin, Salt, and Pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Tbsp Chopped roasted red peppers

Put black beans, 1 Tbsp sour cream, 1 Tbsp of the cilantro, & 1 Tsp of the cumin in the food processor. Process until smooth. Add additional sour cream if dip is too thick. Add Roasted red pepper & Season to taste with additional cilantro, cumin and salt and pepper.
