Black Bean Dip

This is always a big hit, and it takes just a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

1 15 oz can black beans, drained juice of 2 limes 3 cloves garlic handful of cilantro 2 tbsp olive oil corn chips

Chop garlic in food processor, then add remaining ingredients and run processor for a few seconds to blend. Serve with corn chips.
