These meatballs are both savory and sweet yes sweet and boy are they a great appetizer.
about 1½ pounds Very lean ground beef
small jar of grape jelly
1 jar of Bennett's cocktail sauce (not seafood sauce)
about ½ cup of finely crated bread crumbs
Pinch of both salt and pepper.

Mix ground beef egg and bread crumbs together;and salt and pepper and mix.
Form the mixture into small bite sized meatballs and brown on top of the stove.
Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and mix with both the grape jelly and the whole bottle of Bennett's.
Place in a 325 degree oven for about ½ hr.
Serve with cheese and crackers. These meatballs are the best .
