Whenever I'm going to lunch or dinner at a friend's house and ask what I should bring, the answer is almost always: "Guacamole. Just always bring that, no matter what we're having."
1 roma tomato, diced
1 large dollop sour cream
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp cumin
salt, to taste
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
