4 lbs. Chicken wings, tips removed and separated into 2 pieces
8 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 Tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 Tbsp Honey
1 teaspoon. Soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Juice and finely grated zest from 1 lime
Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper as desired and barbecue until done.
2. While wings are grilling, in a large bowl, blend the butter with the curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice and zest.
3. When the wings are done, transfer while hot to bowl, cover and toss with butter mixture until well coated. Place on serving platter and serve.
