1 dozen eggs 2 large ripe avacadoes ¼ cup minced fresh jalapeno juice from one lime 1 cup mayo salt, peper to taste

Hard boil eggs, cool. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks mash with avacadoes and jalapenos add lime juice. Mix in mayo salt and pepper. Spoon back into egg whites
