Artichoke Dip


  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (2 cups) mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • Sprinkle of Italian seasonings
  • Can of artichoke hearts
  • Bag of chopped spinach

Roughly chop the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces. Mix the ingredients together and spoon into a baking pan. 

Bake at 350F until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with chips or crudites! 

*Note: If using frozen spinach, press to expel excess water after defrosting.
