Two Jars Artichoke Hearts (drained) 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Mayonnaise ¼-½ can of diced Jalapenos

Drain the artichoke hearts and pour into Cuisinart Food Processor Bowl. Add in the one cup of Parmesan Cheese and one cup of Mayonnaise and then fire up the food processor. I usually use the dough blade. Once it's all mixed together. Add in the ¼ or ½ of a small can of diced jalapenos (for hotness). Make this dip the night before your event, put it in the refrigerator to help it set and to let the jalapenos make the dip hotter. I like to serve it in a sourdough bread bowl and cut up a couple of baguettes and use the bread to dip it.
