Ingredients
Second layer
1 lb. cooked and chopped shrimp in bite size pieces.
2 green onions chopped finely.
½ cup red onion chopped finely.
¼ cup fresh lime juice.
¼ cup fresh orange juice.
1 tomato diced finely.
½ cucumber peeled and diced finely.
¼ cup of chopped cilantro.
½ jalapeno diced finely (seeds removed optional).
1 avocado for the top garnish.
Bottom Layer under the above ingredients.
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese softened (may use ⅓ fat free).
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise ( may use egg-less Vegenaise).
1 teaspoon. cumin powder.
Fresh lime and lemon juice to taste.
Mix all together and spread on the bottom of
your serving dish.

Instructions
Put the shrimp mixture (onion, juices, tomato, cucumber, jalapeno, and cilantro), in a glass bowl and marinade covered overnight.
Drain the shrimp mixture well and put of top of the cream cheese mixture. Dice one avocado and put in the left over marinade so it does not discolor, drain avocado and put on top of the shrimp mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Recipe may be doubled.
