Artichoke Dip


1/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

1 bag (2 cups) mozzerela cheese

1/4 cup jack cheese

1/4 cup parmesan/romano cheese

Sprinkle of Italian seasonings

Can of artichoke hearts

Bag of chopped spinach


Be sure to press spinach, if frozen, to get liquid out after defrosting. Mix together all above ingredients. Chop the artichoke hearts. Mix all together. Bake @ 350 till Brown and bubbling.
