Our fresh guacamole is perfect for the Sunday game or served alongside quesadillas for a festive dinner.
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 small onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro,stems discarded
3 ripe avocados,halved, pits removed
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

- Insert the chopping blade into the work bowl of the food processor. With the machine running, drop the garlic and jalapeno through the feed tube to finely chop. Add the onion and cilantro and pulse 5 times to chop. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop out the insides of the avocados in pieces directly into the work bowl and add the lime juice and salt. Pulse until desired consistency is achieved, about 10 to 15 pulses.
