Smoked Salmon on Pumpernickel

Ingredients

Pumpernickel Bread sliced three-eights, crusts removed
Smoked salmon slices
Zucchini slices
garlic
cream cheese
capers


Instructions

Slice zucchini length wise into 1/8” thick strips, cut into 2 inch lengths. Saute in butter and crushed garlic and until both sides light brown.
Spread cream cheese on 2 x 2 slices of pumpernickel, top with slice of zucchini, salmon, and sprinkle with capers
