Indian Savory Pan cake

This is an Indian pan cake called's very healthy and in India it's normally cooked in the evening as a snacks......"


1 Cup Chickpeas powder
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup Green pepper diced
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 cloves chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup water


In large bowl add all the ingredients and make batter like pan cake - not too thick not liquidy......
And in hot pan take 1 service spoon batter and pour and spread thin layer in circle upper side is all dry slowly turn and on the other put some oil and turn again cook both side until crispy..... serve with tomato ketchup and onion ......enjoy India evening snacks.......
