This is an easy recipe that is adult and kid friendly. It tastes great served over pasta, rice or even mashed potatoes.


2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, Diced
1 8 Ounce Can of Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1/8 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Pound Sliced Pastrami, Cut Into Small strips

Heat the oil in a medium size pot.
Add the diced onion and saute until golden brown.
Then add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, water, vinegar, honey and ketchup.
Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
Then add the sliced Pastrami.
Simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over Pasta or Rice.
