Grilled Gorgonzola Grape Pizza

Grilled thin crust pizza with red grapes, Gorgonzola cheese, prosciutto, and rosemary. A simple and delicious summer appetizer or entree!"


1 store bought thin pizza crust
2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
5 thin slices of prosciutto, torn into smaller strips
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
1/2 pound Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon of olive oil


Set grill to lowest setting. Spread olive oil on pizza crust. Add grapes, prosciutto, rosemary, and Gorgonzola cheese. Place on grill over low heat until cheese is melted to desired consistency. Check bottom of the crust frequently for burning.
