1 Cup Grated/ Shredded Cheese
1 Teaspoon Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 Egg White, Stiffly Beaten
Mix Cheese, Flour, Salt, and Pepper; Fold into beaten Egg White.
Form into balls, slightly smaller than golf ball size.
Fry in hot, deep oil (375 Deg. F) until golden brown.
Makes approximately 12 Cheese Balls
