¼ cup olive oil

1 loaf French baguette

Instructions

Process olives and garlic in a food processor until combined. With motor running, slowly drizzle in oil and process until smooth. Stir in parsley.

Slice bread into ¼-in. slices. Toast under broiler. Spread with olive mixture; sprinkle with cheese and chives. Broil until cheese is melted.
